Selling one every 5 seconds
This year marks Ben & Jerry’s 30th birthday so the brand's annual Sundae Festival was always going to be popular.
The tickets went on sale the morning of 10th June through the e-commerce shop that Maynard Malone runs for Ben & Jerry's and we sold half the allocated tickets on the first day! At its peak when the tickets were first released at 8am, the tickets were being bought at an average rate of one every five seconds and the online store had over 800 shoppers in it at once. In addition to selling the tickets through the Ben & Jerry's online shop, we handle customer enquiries by email and phone, as well as ticket fulfilment and postage.
The Sundae Festival took place on London’s Clapham Common on 26th and 27th of July. The two day Music festival attracts around 20,000 people with live music, fairground attractions and free scoops of Ben & Jerry’s
ice cream.
